My husband and I came home from work to find our 10 year-old Doxie-mix had scratched both her ears raw and had evidence of infection. It was too late to take her to her regular vet so we bundled her up and took her to Joyful Pet.

From the moment you step through their doors, you feel like your fur baby will be in good hands. The clinic is well lit, clean, and spacious, with the reception desk in plain view, so there is no confusion as to where you should go for assistance.

The staff acknowledged us immediately and a tech was called, who quickly assessed our dog (her ears were bloody/oozing, and she was visibly uncomfortable) and whisked her back to be evaluated while we completed our sign in.

The entire treatment team was absolutely wonderful. They were professional, competent, and compassionate. I would place my pet's health in their hands anytime, because they True(ly) DO Care!
